Al Maryah Central – Base Build Modification Works

Main Contractor: Multiplex and subsequently Alec.
Scope : Concrete cutting, coring and breaking. Forming various openings for escalators, lift shafts, cantilever slabs, MEP etc. Removal of cut sections to laydown area for further breaking and removal off site.

Eiffel Gateway – Al Barsha
Client : Studio Republik
Main Contractor : Deco Emirates
Scope : Strip out and related demolition works. Break and remove 5000m2 concrete slab screed and marble finishes, 1400m2 Blockwork. Strip out 2000m2 gypsum ceiling and partitioning. Cart off site.
Duration : April 2019 – May 2018
Expo2020 – R-74 Station – Metrolink
Main Contractor : Acciona Construction, Gulermak Heavy Industries.
Scope: Concrete Core drill and Wire saw 1.2 meter thick Diaphragm wall to create openings 10m x 10m x 4 openings. After concrete cutting continue to breakout opening with Robotic Demolition Machine. Various other coring and openings formed. Steel Cutting of re-bar for recycling.
Project Duration : May 2019 – Current.
Eastrand Mall
Demolition of various buildings and structures. Demolition and removal of precast suspended concrete slabs. Removal of structural steel. Cutting, coring and drilling of concrete structures for removal and demolition thereof. Dismantling of steel structures for re-use.
Heritage Demo
This is what a 80 year old + heritage wall looks like once we have cut and demolished the rest of the building. The building itself was 1600m2 per level.

Demolish/dismantle various buildings complete. Saw cut cantilever slabs and remove from entrance structures.
